WESSCO's plant desalinates and purifies bulk seawater from the RED SEA. The contracted agreement between WESSCO and Saudia City is for 8,000 m3/day. WESCO installed 10,000 m³/d SWRO plant as per contract to ensure uninterrupted supply of contracted quantity. Saudi Airlines daily consumption is pumped to them via a dedicated pipeline from project site to their facilities located about 3 Km, which is also maintained by WESSCO.

WESSCO has already commissioned a new filling station on this site to cater to the demand that is increasing in North Jeddah. WESSCO's management has already made agreements with external contractors to distribute additional quantities to other parts of the city.
